The grounds have an extremely diverse flora of over a 100 species, some of which are chestnut trees, almond, olive, fig, quince, plum, kiwi, oak, cork, cedar, eucalyptus wild blackberries,blueberries and tasty grapes, to name a few.

Mushroom season will delight even the most discerning expert. You can find : morels, chanterelles, girolles, penny bun, horn of plenty, boletus, all in abundance.
